29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): The employer did not keep exit route(s) free and unobstructed: a) At Zara USA, Inc. , located at 2223 N. West Shore Blvd., Suite 288, Tampa, FL: On or about May 9, 2023, the exit route from stockroom near the breakroom was obstructed by a rolling crate tower and a double rod, metal garment rack which exposes employees to entrapment and fire hazards. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that exit routes are kept free and unobstructed.
