A power strip used to supply 110-120 volts to a Hotpot refrigerator freezer, model number TS18GBSARWW, serial number, FH774270 in the breakroom was potentially overloaded, and exposed employees who operated the appliance and those working in the immediate vicinity, to electrical and/or fire hazards.
