29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(viii):Portable fire extinguishers were not inspected periodically in accordance with maintenance and use of portable fire extinguishers, N.F.P.A. No. 10A-1970: a) On or about 05/10/2023 at 2630 Amazona Cir. Orlando FL 32837, the fire extinguisher located in the General Contractor's trailer had an expired annual inspection, exposing employees to burn and asphyxiation hazards. The inspection expired on March, 2023.
