Employees were exposed to struck-by, caught-in/crushed-by hazards in the following instances.  1)	KASST Horizontal Band Saw (Model HBSA380C/Serial #1408042) blade was missing a guard for the entire length of the saw blade.  2)	Turn Pro Horizontal BS-250 Band Saw (Model BS-250 - 352575/Serial #101009) was missing a guard for the entire length of the saw blade.  3)	Star Micronics Co. LTD, CNC Swiss Lathe Machine (Model SB-20R/Serial #0190(009)) side panel guard was removed so that a Rhino Bar Feeder (external attachment) could enter the lathe machine to feed in the material.  4)	Knuth Engine Lathe - 7 ? HP/3000 Rpm's (Model TURNADO 230/1500V/Serial #2713) was missing the center guard (support shield or tool post guard). It was also missing the long cover (lead screw guard) on the bottom  of the machine. The spindle or chuck guard was not secured in place and was vibrating itself off while the machine was operating. The security bolts were removed so employees could take the guard off to make it easier for operator to operate and clean machine.
