Location: CNC Area  On about May 10, 2023, employees were exposed to crush injuries, lacerations and amputations while working with Anderson Group Single Table two (2) spindle Exact Plus 1616/TC2 CNC Machine with the recirculating roller bearings in the rectangular boxway guide-way's lower right side not guarded, an Anderson Group Double Spindle Double Table CNC Machine's unguarded moving track containing hoses and wiring that ran horizontally across the top rear of the machine, and a GSI Hsiang vertical CNC Machine with an unguarded router blade on right side.  Milling Area  On or about May 10, 2023, a Cameron Taylor Clamp Carrier-two employee operated by a Joystick and one-hand trip mechanism used as guarding exposes employees to lacerations and amputation injuries while working within the danger zone.  On or about May 10, 2023, a Grizzly Industry's Extreme Series G1033X 20" planer had no guard on the blade exposing employees to lacerations and amputation injuries.  Accessory/Prophecy Area  On or about May 10, 2023, two  Grizzly Industry's G0564 Belt Sanders right side area's rollers not guarded exposing employees to laceration and amputation injuries.
