29 CFR 1910.30(b)(1): The employer did not train each employee in the proper care, inspection, storage, and use of equipment covered by this subpart before an employee uses the equipment: A.) Leech Holdings LLC dba Leech Industries - On or about 5/3/23, and at times prior thereto, employees periodically accessed an elevated loft 12 feet high via a composite fiberglass extension type ladder. Employees had not received ladder safety training. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
