29 CFR 1928.57(a)(7)(i): The employer did not protect employees from coming into contact with hazards created by moving machinery parts through the installation and use of a guard or shield or guarding by location: On or about 05/10/2023, on a produce farm located at 27502 County Road 880, Belle Glade, Florida, employees were exposed to amputation hazards when working with a Sweet Corn Harvesting Aid (mule train) that did not have a pinch point surrounding the machine's wing support column and a stabilizing frame covered with a guard and/or shield.
