"Incorporated by Reference" 29 CFR 1910.27(a): The employer did not ensure that scaffolds used in general industry meet the requirements in 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L (Scaffolds). On or about May 10, 2023, and times prior thereto, employees were working from a metal forklift scaffold platform without visually inspecting the platform for defects, exposing employees to a fall from height hazard.
