29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: a) On or about 5/10/2023 at a residential construction project located at 98 North Lake Drive, Chautauqua, New York; employees framing a new house were working from a frame scaffold. Employees were on platforms approximately 13'-8" high without fall protection. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
