29 CFR  1910.106(d)(5)(i): Egress.  Flammable liquids, including stock for sale, were stored so as to limit use of exits, stairways, or areas normally used for the safe egress of people.  At 11745 Lackland, Maryland Heights, MO 63146, On or around May 11, 2023, Employees were exposed to fire hazards associated with flammable materials stored in front or in close proximity to egress routes that would be used in the instance of emergencies.    A container of flammable BMS Windshield Washer Blue was stored near a rear exit in immediate proximity to the exit door.   A partially filled container of flammable FPS Premium Winter Cetane was stored just outside of another rear exit door.  The container had been ruptured and staining was observed on the cardboard which was under the barrel.  Wooden pallets had been stacked in immediate proximity and on top of the ruptured container.
