29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a) Facility - On or about May 10, 2023, safe access to an electrical panel was observed as blocked with the storage of a pedestal fan, cardboard tubing and shelving. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
