On or about July 18, 2023, the employer failed to submit documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 1 item 1 issue on May 22, 2023, with an abatement due date of June 9, 2023.  On or about July 18, 2023, the employer failed to submit documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 1 item 2 issue on May 22, 2023, with an abatement due date of June 9, 2023.  On or about July 18, 2023, the employer failed to submit documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 1 item 3 issue on May 22, 2023, with an abatement due date of June 9, 2023.

On or about April 3, 2023, employees engaged in framing activities 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from fall hazards. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard.

This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard.
