The door was blocked with a service file cabinet and a table with a microwave.

29 CFR 1910.110(f)(2)(iii)(b): Container calves were not protected by ventilated cap or collar, fastened to container capable of withstanding blow from any direction equivalent to that of a 30-pound weight dropped 4 feet. Construction must be such that a blow will not be transmitted to a valve or other connection. (a) Colorado Springs Winair, 3110 N. Stone Av. Unit A., Colorado Springs, CO. 80907: On or before 05/11/2023, and at times prior, the employer had LPG compressed cylinders located in the shop area that were stored there after being used for temporary heating units. Compressed LPG cylinder were stored without manufacture's caps installed.
