29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(v):Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, did not have sufficient strength to withstand twice the potential impact energy of an employee free falling a distance of 6 feet (1.8 m) or the free fall distance permitted by the system, whichever is less: a) 182 Fairway Blvd, Kalispell, MT 59901: On or about May 3, 2023 and at times prior employees were exposed to fall hazards of 20 feet to a lower level while performing spraying operations. The fall protection system was not sufficient to arrest the employee during free fall.
