OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm, in that an employee was exposed to fall hazards. a) Warehouse, Red Racking Area: On or about April 16, 2023, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards when a Powered Industrial Truck, Raymond Model 560-OPC30TT, became stuck in the elevated position.
