29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder.  On or about 5/01/2023, at 19195 Riverside Dr. Tequesta, FL 33469, an employee was exposed to a 10-foot fall hazard while working from an extension ladder was not secured to prevent accidental displacement while installing a truss.
