29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  On or about May 12, 2023, in the warehouse, items such as pallets, boxes, plastic baskets/totes, a portable ladder, and carts were obstructing passageways and walking areas exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.
