29 CFR 1910.95(i)(5):The employer did not ensure proper initial fitting and supervise the correct use of all hearing protectors: Production Area; machine operators working throughout the plant were exposed to continuous noise dose of 69.7% , or an equivalent dBA of 87.7, and the employer did not ensure proper initial fitting and supervise the correct use of all hearing protectors for employees at or above the action level. The sampling was performed for 444 minutes during one shift on October 5, 2023.
