Dupont Blvd, Milford, DE 19963: On or about May 12, 2023, the employer failed to ensure frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite and equipment were conducted by a person competent in construction safety standards. This resulted in several hazardous conditions which exposed subcontractor's employees to hazardous chemicals and fall hazards when they performed the stucco installation for a newly remodeled commercial building.
