29 CFR 1910.1027(d)(1)(i): The employer did not determine whether any employee was exposed to cadmium at or above the action level: (a) Location - 400 Main Street Ashland, MA: Code 07 Production Line On or about 5/15/2023, the employer had not performed initial personal air monitoring to determine if employee(s) were exposed to cadmium at or above the action level. The employer was using air sampling conducted in December of 2015, in that the solder at the time did not contain cadmium, whereas the solder is now cadmium containing.
