This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards. Condition noted on May 10th, 2023

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders were placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways and were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, or barricaded to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder: A) ACN Painting - 87 Main Street, Peapack NJ 07977 - Employees placed two (2) 20' extension ladders connected vertically in the front of 87 Main Street, Peapack NJ at the main entrance and on the sidewalk to access the upper surface located 50' above the ground to paint the eaves of building. The ladders were not secured and/or barricaded to prevent accidental displacement. Condition noted on May 10th, 2023
