At the Viking Production area, located at 3761 Northeast 36th Avenue, Ocala, FL: On or about May 15, 2023, the employer exposed employees to caught in hazards, in that, reciprocating motion by the nailing gantry component of the Viking pallet assembly machine, model M-304A, Serial # 558C, was not guarded. Phoenix Wood Products, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1623385, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/04/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3761 NE 36th Ave, Ocala, FL 34479.
