29 CFR  1910.1001(d)(6)(iv):To satisfy the monitoring requirements of paragraph (d) of this section, employers must use the results of monitoring analysis performed by laboratories which have instituted quality assurance programs that include but not limited to the elements as prescribed in Appendix A item 6 that states "Calibrate each personal sampling pump before and after use with a representative filter cassette installed between the pump and the calibration devices".  On or about April 14, 2023,  Gillian BDX II airflow pumps were not calibrated before and after each asbestos personal sampling performed at each one of the building floors were asbestos containing materials was removed.  This condition exposed employees to asbestos health hazards.

29 CFR  1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings, so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws.  On or about April 14, 2023, an electrical plug from an air sampling pump being use in the cleaning room negative pressure was operating with the strain relief plug damaged while connected to an energized electrical power source.  This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards.
