29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about May 15, 2023, the employer engaged in commercial bakery activities were exposed to electrical shock hazards due to employer failing to provide access to electrical breaker boxes in the following instances. a) Breaker box #1 has storage locker blocking access. b) Breaker box #2 has a safe and cup holder stock blocking access.
