29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work:  On or about May 9, 2023, employees were using conductive bailing wire during the setup of goal posts that are used to identify the location of energized overhead power lines, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
