29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Guard(s) on machine(s) were not affixed to the machine or secured elsewhere when attachment to the machine was not possible: a) At the facility on the DOD Motor Line, observed on or about 05/10/2023 - Employees assembling gear box components were exposed to a crushed-by hazard, in that, the two-hand control safeguarding device utilized to activate the input bearing crimper was not secured to the table and lack protective ring shields to prevent accidental actuation.
