(a) At Bay Court subdivision, 212 Bay Cove Ct, Stockbridge, GA, right side of building; on or about May 16, 2023 workers were exposed to fall hazards of up to 13-feet to the lower level where they used a material hoist as a ladder to ascend and egress the roof.

29 CFR 1926.552(a)(4): Hoisting ropes were not installed in accordance with the wire rope manufacturers' recommendations. a) Residential construction located at 212 Bay Cove Ct, Stockbridge, GA; right side of house: On or about 05/16/2023, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating a TranzSporter TP250, in that the manufactured installed wire rope was replaced by a nylon climbing rope, which is not a proper replacement cable as indicated by the manufacturer of the material hoist equipment.
