29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  (a) Location - 2 Merrill Street Woburn, MA 01801:  On or about 5/17/2023, employees who were required to use corrosive liquids such as, but not limited to, F-364 for cleaning and sanitizing of the meat processing room, did not have any means to quickly drench or flush the eyes and body.  Employee(s) have to conduct operations such as liquid transfer and spraying of the corrosive liquid(s).
