29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about May 17, 2023, four electrical service panels were not readily accessible as follows: a. At the meat department freezers area. One electrical service panel had a meat freezer located within 23 inches in front it. A hose was connected to a water line below the panel area. b. At the gourmet deli area. Three electrical service panels had a gourmet deli freezer located within 23 inches in front of them. A wet-dry vacuum was connected on a receptacle temporarily within the space. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
