29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a) On or about May 17, 2023, at the new Splash carwash, discarded debris left in the walking path around the front (west) side of the building by the masonry contractor created tripping hazards for the contractors working on site.
