29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. a) On or about May 17, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer failed to protect employees from electrocution hazards when employees were working in the vicinity of 13 kilovolt overhead power lines during masonry restoration operations. The employer did not recognize and identify conditions that exposed employees to electrocution hazards associated with working near overhead power lines and methods to mitigate those hazards.
