29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i)(C): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by a personal fall protection systems, such as personal fall arrest, travel restraint, or positioning systems: On or about April 19, 2023, at a residential structure located at 4199 Main Street in Jupiter, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet when performing power washing work on the roof of a structure while not being protected from falling to the lower level.

29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): On or about April 19, 2023, at a residential structure located at 4199 Main Street in Jupiter, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet when performing power washing work on the roof of a structure prior to the employer performing a hazard assessment of the worksite to determine the personal protective equipment needed to be used, such as fall protection equipment.
