29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person.   Location: Worksite  On or about May 18, 2023, employees were exposed to falls of over 8 feet while working to remove the old roof and demolish the chimney without fall protection. The ladders being used to access the roof had not been raised to 3 feet above the roofline. Additionally, employees were exposed to both eye and head injuries while not utilizing PPE. No competent person was onsite to inspect the jobsite.
