29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 05/19/2023, at a residential roofing site located at 484 Richmond Avenue Buffalo, New York, where employees were installing shingles on the 2-and-a-half-story house at a height of approximately 25 feet with an 8 in 12 pitch without fall protection, exposing employees to fall hazards. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
