29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  Location - 282 Watertown St. Newton, MA  On or about 5/19/2023, employees were not protected by guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system while performing residential construction activities greater than 6 feet:   a) Employees were not protected from falling while performing residential construction activities from an elevated working surface (wooden plank), exposing employees to fall hazards of more than eighteen (18) feet to the ground level.   b) Employees were not protected from falling while performing residential construction activities from the open second floor of the residence under construction, exposing employees to fall hazards of more than fourteen (14) feet to the ground level.
