When normally enclosed live parts are exposed for inspection or servicing, the working space, if in a passageway or general open space, shall be suitably guarded. a) Jobsite: 2132 Lehigh Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19125, rear of store, south wall - The 120 volts electrical panel was not maintained free of storage, in that a pallet of stacked boxes of merchandise obstructed the access way.
