29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes must be free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route.    On or about May 19, 2023, Dollar General created an obstructed egress path on the store back room where the employee lunch area and bathroom were located, the store facility was located at 4930 Christy Boulevard in St. Louis, Missouri.  Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3) or its equivalent, which was contained in the following OSHA inspection #1637912, citation 1, item 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 4.13.2023 with respect to a workplace located at 400 W Bedford St., Dimmitt, Texas 79027.  Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3) or its equivalent, which was contained in the following OSHA inspection #1630932, citation 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5.13.2023 with respect to a workplace located at 3420 Main St., Stamping Ground, Kentucky 40395.  Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3) or its equivalent, which was contained in the following OSHA inspection #1609906, citation 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1.25.2023 with respect to a workplace located at 4809 North Roan St., Johnson City, Tennessee 37615.  Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3) or its equivalent, which was contained in the following OSHA inspection #1592340, citation 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6.23.2022 with respect to a workplace located at 5960 Lillian Rd., Burleson, Texas 97028.  Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3) or its equivalent, which was contained in the following OSHA inspection #1585314, citation 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6.15.2022 with respect to a workplace located at 268 Beasley Drive, Dickson, Tennessee 37055.
