29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a) New commercial construction of a Dollar General located at 709 Robinson Ave, Grovetown, GA 30813, Front: On or about 05/15/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in siding installation operating these tools at 120 PSI.

29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1)(vii):Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.  a) New commercial construction of a Dollar General located at 709 Robinson Ave, Grovetown, GA 30813, Front: On or about 05/15/23, and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards of approximately 12-feet, 1-inch to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while employees were engaged in installing siding on a commercial structure.
