29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) At a private residential house, 160 Davidson Road Bonaire, GA 31005, on or about May 3, 2023, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that eye protection was not provided to employees operating these tools while engaged in roofing operations.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems.  a) At the residential house, 160 Davidson Road Bonaire, Georgia 31005. On or about May 3, 2023 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20-feet to 25-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities using the roof as a walking-working surface.
