29 CFR  1910.1000(a)(2):Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 50 ppm:  a) At the welding station, on or about May 11, 2023, the employer exposed employees to excess concentrations of carbon monoxide in that,  an employee engaged in welding activities was exposed to 89.8 ppm of carbon monoxide (CO) over a 285 minute time period, based on carboxyhemoglobin level in the employees blood.  This is equivalent to an 8-hour Time weighted average (TWA) of 53.3 ppm, which represent 1.066 times the OSHA-PEL of 50 ppm.
