29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. At 115 Inlet Drive in Saint Augustine, Florida: On or about May 8, 2023, at the front northwest balcony of the residential building, the employer exposed employees to a 9ft-6in fall hazard, in that, employees were sealing balcony doors while walking and standing on a walking/working surface with an unprotected edge.

29 CFR 1904.41(a)(2): The establishment had 20 or more but fewer than 250 employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and the establishment was classified as an industry listed in appendix A to subpart E of this part, but did not electronically submit information from OSHA 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee.
