29 CFR 1910.28(c)(3): The employer did not barricade the area into which objects could fall, prohibiting employees from entering the area, and keeping objects far enough away from an edge or opening to prevent them from falling to a lower level:  a) Worksite, 3 Floyd Brown Rd., Hadley New York: On or about May 17, 2023, an employee was giving hand and arm signals to other employees while working in the drop zone of a tree as the owner cut the tree. The employee was struck-by the falling tree.
