29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1)(i): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use PPE on knowing when PPE is necessary: On or about May 16, 2023, and at times prior to, at 1925 NW 15th Street, Pompano Beach, FL 33069, the employer failed to provide training in the use of gloves, exposing an employee to an amputation hazard when operating a magnetic drill (i.e Fein, Model# JCM256U) to open a hole on a structural steel member.
