29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard were being followed. On or about May 23, 2023, PARKER-HANNIFIN CORPORATION did not inspect the energy control procedures for CNC #10 and Lathe #2, at least annually, to ensure that the procedures and the requirements of the standard were being followed. a) CNC #10 (Tsugami CNC, Type BS18(B)-III, No. 1217, EID 0010068) had not been inspected since April 23, 2021. The condition was corrected on May 23, 2023. b) Lathe #2 (Harrison Lathe, EID 10041) had not been inspected since April 30, 2021.
