29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): Working space required by this standard was used for storage. When normally enclosed live parts are exposed for inspection or servicing, the working space, if in a passageway or general open space, shall be suitably guarded: A) In a storage room at the Sheridan Fitness Center, an electrical panel did not have required working space. There was material in front of the panel that would need to be cleared to access the panel.

29 CFR 1910.304(b)(4)(ii)(B): Where connected to a branch circuit supplying two or more receptacles or outlets, a receptacle was supplying a total cord- and plug-connected load in excess of the maximum specified in Table S-4: A) In the employee break room, a 1000 watt microwave oven and a 1470 watt Keurig Coffee maker were plugged into a single 15 amp power strip, that was then plugged into a 15 amp outlet in the wall. The combined amperage drawn by the appliances was 20.5 amps.
