29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Production Floor; On or about May 23, 2023 and at times prior to, the employer allowed an employee to conduct maintenance activities on machines including but not limited to HT CNC Machines that contained electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic energy sources without ensuring that energy control procedures were being developed and documented to isolate energy sources exposing the employees to electrical hazards.
