29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) At 289 Cuban Lily Drive, Fairhope AL, Lot 271: On May 15, 2023 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities such as but not limit to nailing the ceiling joist of a residential at height of up to 12 feet 5 inches without utilizing any fall protection. The Tenz Framing Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1618032, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/26/2022 , with respect to a workplace located at 6322 Battles Rd, Fairhope, AL 36532.
