29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) At 6846 Summerset Dr, Gulf Shores, AL 36542 Lot 29: On May 16, 2023, and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to struck-by hazards in that the employer allowed his employees to use a nail gun without eye protection while performing framing actives such as nailing the trusses.
