29 CFR  1910.101(b):The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tank cars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  a) Dry Stock Area, Behind Kitchen Area; On or about May 24, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that a carbon dioxide compressed gas cylinder was not secured while employees collected dry stock items in the area.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(ii):The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  a) Dry Stock Area; Back of Kitchen; On or about May 24, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that a trash can was stored in front of an electrical panel blocking access to the electrical panel.  b) Dry Stock Area; Back of Kitchen; On or about May 24, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that a locked chemical storage rack was stored in front of the electrical panel blocking access to the electrical panel.

29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical  a) Throughout Kitchen; On or about May 24, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that a secondary bucket of KAYQUAT II Sanitizer, contained the chemical name and hazard categories of the chemical.  b) Wall Sink Area in Kitchen; On or about May 24, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that a secondary system of KAYQUAT II Sanitizer is kept in the wire baskets on the wall near the prep sink and in the back of the restaurant, contained the chemical name and hazard categories of the chemical.
