29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about May 22, 2023 and at times prior thereto, a table saw was not equipped with hood to protect employees from injuries such as cuts and amputations. The top of the blade was not properly guarded when in use by employees.
